Following on from a turbulent season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, new committee members joined the club in the form of Robert Stopforth and Samantha James.

A new role was devised which saw longstanding member Mark Banks voted in as the clubs new Assistant Chairman. Club chairman Duncan McKee continued in his role, as did the rest of the committee.

The new online payments portal was a success. The club reached the top 150 of the Pitchero club rankings in September 2021, the highest it had ever achieved.

New open age first team head coach Mark Liptrot replaced the experienced Tony McGarr, who hung up his coaching whistle after an impressive and much appreciated tenure with the club running the academy.

The clubs pitch maintenance plan was well under way by this stage with tens of thousands being spent on new infrastructure, equipment, facilities & more. A GPS enabled robot was used to line the pitches for the 1st time in the clubs history.

Club presence on social media continued to grow, with dozens of new membership enquiries flooding in weekly. Teams at the club saw steady growth in general, with Aspull Juniors now a member of several leagues in the area.

Home & Away changing room cabins had been introduced in the off season, with new storage cabins. The car park lines had also been painted to improve the sites safety and the numbers of cars it could hold on match-days.
